My only request is that somehow you bring back the Enchiladas Rojas trio especially around dinner time :-) Baja fresh is the only fast casual Mexican place that gives you enchies/burritos covered in sauce and they’re very good. ”

It was tasty and I was pleasantly surprised by the nice thick chunks of white meat chicken that they used, it was cut so small that you miss that chicken was even in it. Very decent lunch option, my burrito was a little over 12 and it was a good size. I’d definitely come back here. ”
